Perhaps the following weekend would be better, when we're deeper into spring and so run a much-lower risk of being broadsided by a snowstorm (it has snowed in NYC on the first week of April for seven of the past 10 years). Thanks for letting me put my two cents in. I'm looking forward to the ride, and I hope it's only the first of many. (And I still like your idea of riding in chef's garb....)
